• Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. MOST orders are processed the same day, but processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on Sales and Promotions.

  We process and ship our orders from 9:30AM – 6:30PM (PST) on weekdays. We do NOT ship orders on Saturday Sunday and major U.S. Holidays.

  Our shipping cut off time is 12:00PM (PST). Please keep in mind, if you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

  **Please Note** Orders made on Friday after the 12:00PM cutoff time or on Saturday are not guaranteed to ship on Saturday. We will ensure to ship the order after the processing time.
