• Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. MOST orders are processed the same day, but processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on Sales and Promotions.

  If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped. Yay!

  We process and ship our orders from 9:30AM – 6:30PM (PST) on weekdays. We do NOT ship orders on Saturday Sunday and major U.S. Holidays.

  Our shipping cut off time is 12:00PM (PST). Please keep in mind, if you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

  **Please Note** Orders made on Friday after the 12:00PM cutoff time or on Saturday are not guaranteed to ship on Saturday. We will ensure to ship the order after the processing time. The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options in real-time and true to cost. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
