When Will my Order be Shipped?

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. MOST orders are processed the same day, but processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on Sales and Promotions.

If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped. Yay!

We process and ship our orders from 9:30AM – 6:30PM (PST) on weekdays. We do NOT ship orders on Saturday Sunday and major U.S. Holidays.

Our shipping cut off time is 12:00PM (PST). Please keep in mind, if you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

**Please Note** Orders made on Friday after the 12:00PM cutoff time or on Saturday are not guaranteed to ship on Saturday. We will ensure to ship the order after the processing time. The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options in real-time and true to cost. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.   • USPS First Class Mail “snail mail” 2-7 business days* in transit
  • USPS Priority (standard shipping) 2-4 business days* in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business days* in transit
  • USPS service days: Monday – Saturday.

APO/FPO: Orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can 14 -21 business days in transit.

**Please Note** USPS Priority Mail Express: Order MUST be made before 12:00PM, Monday – Friday or the order will shipped the next day.

While USPS does not provide complete tracking information for orders shipped with First Class Mail, purchases a delivery confirmation number, at our own expense; to confirm successful delivery of your shipment. Larger orders are shipped with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system. As soon as your order is packed, sends tracking information to the email address provided.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us; however, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.
